Pop-A-Lock of Northern New Jersey provides professional locksmith and roadside assistance services — including car, home, and business lockouts, key replacement, and roadside help — to customers throughout Northern New Jersey. Our field technicians are dispatched to service calls across the region throughout their shifts.
We operate an internal text-messaging and automated voice program used only to notify our own on-shift technicians and their managers about job dispatches. When a service call is assigned to a technician, our dispatch system sends a brief operational alert (for example, “New call on the board in Newark”) and, if the dispatch is not acknowledged, escalates with follow-up “wake-up” reminders to the technician and their manager.
These are operational, work-related messages sent only to company-issued or technician-provided mobile numbers enrolled in our dispatch roster. Technicians consent to receive these messages as part of their role and may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message frequency varies with dispatch volume; message and data rates may apply. We do not use this program for marketing, and we do not sell or share recipients’ numbers.
