What you are signing up for
Brief operational alerts when a service call is assigned to you
(for example, “Wake up Mike — new call on the board in Newark. Pulsar.”).
Follow-up “wake-up” reminders if a dispatch has not been
acknowledged, which may escalate to your manager.
